Pred mnohými rokmi gangstra Franka Buchanana (Michael Granger) deportovali do rodného Talianska vedúce osobnosti súdnej moci a súperiaci gangstri, ktorí naňho donášali. V Európe sa zoznámil s vedcom Wilhelmom Steiggom (Gregory Gaye), ktorý zdokonalil metódu oživovania mŕtvych ľudí a ovládania ich správania prostredníctvom zvukových povelov. Buchanan zmanipuluje Steiggove pokusy a využije jeho technológiu za účelom pomsty svojím nepriateľom. Bohužiaľ, vedľajším produktom pokusov je otrava rádioaktívnymi látkami, čo Buchananovi nepriatelia vyzbrojení Geigerov-Müllerovým počítačom využijú na vypátranie miesta, kde spriada svoje vražedné plány.
