Hope, Jingle, Charity a Noble, ktoré nedávno prišli na svet, sú tie najkrajšie hovoriace šteniatka na svete. Pre každú rodinu predstavujú dokonalých domácich miláčikov. Keď pani Clausová (Cheryl Ladd) pricestuje do ich rodného mesta Pineville, šteniatka sledujú jej sane a v jej mene prijímajú vianočné želania od pinevilleských chlapcov a dievčat. Niečo sa však pokazí a duch Vianoc sa začína zo sveta vytrácať. Jediní, kto môžu zachrániť Vianoce, sú Santove šteniatka a pani Clausová, ktorí musia utekať s vetrom opreteky, aby sa im to podarilo.
